Our Goals
The Intercultural Community Center supports immigrant, refugee, and asylum seekers in Southern Maine with no-cost education, social, and health services and opportunities. Our goal is to promote a diversity of cultures while equipping individuals with the skills and support they need to thrive in Maine.

We will have a fun filled month including activities such as:

We will be hosting a FREE Emergency Preparedness Event on Sunday, January 25, 2026 between 12-3pm at the Westbrook Community Center. Topics discussed will include:
-Direct, confidential legal guidance on rights.
-Connecting with mental health and wellness providers.
-How to access and sustain food/housing resources.
-Building family preparedness plans.

We will provide free, on-site childcare and language translation support for this event!
